It was clean staff helpful at Reception. Bedroom on a lower floor due to parent having a Disability.

Bedrooms are large with good sized balconies and sea views. The lift system is very efficient. Breakfast is good and varied, something for everyone. 24 hour reception. Swimming pool area. Location. One minute from the wonderful sandy beach and calm Mediterranean Sea.

The location was absolutely terrific. Right near beautiful beach promonade. Grocery store very close. Very nice patio, room was spacious. AC worked very well. Breakfast was very good. Great views. No need to park at hotel there was street parking everywhere. Free. Numerous restaurants right on beach. Very high energy location, bus stops, trolley stops.

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel - if you are lucky there is free parking outside of the hotel and not far to go to the beach and beautiful walks along the sea front - it was our wedding anniversary so they upgraded us to a bigger room which was very nice -a lovely big balcony - provided us with a kettle for our room when we enquired about it - but they prefer you to go to the bar obviously to get your tea/ coffee- had a great stay - just love the lift system they have.

The location next to the beach and famous landmark was great. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.

We always have a great time when we are in calpe the hotel is fantastic the staff exceptional rooms are clean and a wide choice of food in the restaurant we have been coming to the roca esmerelda for years now and it never disappoints

The room was very good we had full board and was excellent location was very good i highly recommend Calpe the staff was excellent very friendly even down to the ladies that clean your room well done

Staff were lovely - reception and staff around the pool. We didn’t stay for breakfast - just room only - clean but tired looking. Rooms definitely need updating. Fab sized balcony though. On the upside I asked for a sea view room and was told this wasn’t possible but when we checked in, I was told we had a side view sea view after all - happy days! We felt comfortable safe and happy in the hotel at all times. Amazing location.
